GUI Seq

This is the first BioPythonGUI module named GUI Seq. It inspired by SeqGui.py in BioPython.
GUI Seq has following functions for the biological sequence:
  1. Transcribe
  2. Translate
  3. Back transcribe
  4. Complement
  5. Reverse
  6. Reverse complement
